Virtual Calming Room


Do you feel overwhelmed or are you working through difficult times? The Virtual Calming Room was designed to assist in identifying different strategies for managing emotions. The tools provided are helpful outlets and practices for when life gets tough. 

The links are for educational purposes and include sounds and music, visual relaxation, guided practice, coloring and creating, links to live cameras of animals, and suggested mindfulness apps for smartphones and tablets. There are resources for both youth and families. 

The Mindful Movement

Are you looking for help to reduce stress, relax, overcome struggles, or explore your purpose, growth and self-fulfillment? This YouTube playlist from The Mindful Movement includes guided mindfulness session for students and adults that vary in length from 6-30 minutes that can help you calm down and clear the clutter from your mind.
